Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Agent 47, a private personal operations workspace operated through Forty Seven HQ, handles information when you use the service.

In short: Agent 47 uses only the information needed to provide its planning, reminder and calendar-coordination features. It does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Information Agent 47 processes

Agent 47 processes information you enter into the workspace, such as projects, tasks, reminders, approvals and settings. It also processes your account email address to identify your private workspace.

Google Calendar information

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Agent 47 requests only the permissions needed to list calendars you own, check free/busy availability and create, update or cancel events owned by you. Agent 47 uses this information solely to provide the calendar features you initiate inside the workspace.

Calendar changes are proposed for your approval before execution. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Agent 47; this revokes the stored connection used by the service.

Storage and security

Google authorization tokens are stored in encrypted form. Agent 47 keeps operational records necessary to run the service, including calendar-action approvals and execution logs. Access is limited to the account holder’s private workspace.

Sharing

Agent 47 does not sell, rent or use your Google user data for advertising. It does not share Google Calendar information with third parties except Google, when required to perform a calendar action you approved.

Retention and deletion

Workspace information is retained while the service is in use. You may disconnect Google Calendar to remove the active Google connection. We may retain limited security and audit records where necessary to protect the service and document approved actions.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Agent 47 develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page. For privacy questions, contact the account holder responsible for the Agent 47 workspace.
